What I Tried
Seamless Lingerie sent over a few of their pieces for me to try out. I tried out each item for a few days to test out just how comfortable they were to wear throughout the day.
Everyday Seamless Bralette + Ultra Soft Hipster Underwear
I was not expecting this bralette to look this good! First of all, I am in love with the color! This Rusty Carmel shade is so beautiful and universally flattering. Second, bralettes are usually hit or miss for me. I find that a lot of bralettes do not provide enough support or coverage. With the Everyday Seamless Bralette, you get both! I love that it hugs you in all the right places, and provides you with the option to adjust the straps or to remove the padding.
This bralette is so beautiful that you might not want to hide it under clothes. I could see pairing this it with leggings for a yoga session or sweatpants for lounging around the house. The matching underwear is equally as comfortable and provides the perfect amount of coverage without digging into your skin!
This is one bra and underwear set I will be wearing on repeat!
Second Skin Racerback Seamless Neck Bra + Boyshorts
If you’re looking for a bra with a bit more coverage and support then the Second Skin Racerback Seamless Neck Bra is for you! Like all of Seamless Lingerie’s designs, this bra is wire-free, breathable, and made with its signature microfiber material.
The v-neck makes it easy to wear with a wide variety of tops and the racerback style allows you to wear it seamlessly with tank tops in the summer. This is another bra that I could see wearing alone for a light workout or stretch session as it really holds you in and moves with your body!
The boyshorts are a great option for those of you who prefer undergarments with a little more coverage. I love to wear boyshorts under shorter dresses or flowy skirts for an added layer of coverage. Plus, these boyshorts are made without any elastic which means you don’t have to worry about panty lines! The boyshorts are available in a wide range of colors, while the bra only comes in black.
Seamless Plunge Bra
The Seamless Plunge Bra is made with ultra-soft fabric and comes in five different shades. It has adjustable straps, removable cotton padding, as well as 4-way stretch micro-fiber. This style is perfect for everyday wear, whether you are heading into the office or making a trip to the grocery store. I find that this is the most versatile of the three bras that I received because it’s low enough for v-neck tops and the straps are invisible under your clothes.
At first, I was concerned with wearing a plunge bra that does not have any underwire. I wasn’t sure the padding alone would provide enough shape under my clothes. I was surprised to find out that that wasn’t the case! It looked great under my T-shirts and blouses.
And it’s so comfortable. I’m usually one to ditch my bra after work but there were days when I completely forgot to take it off.
The Seamless Plunge Bra might be my favorite out of the three pieces that I received. For me, it’s the most versatile bra because you can wear it under any top and feel comfortable knowing that you will have the support and coverage needed all day.
Sizing
I recommend checking the size chart for each item before purchasing. While I was able to get the panties in my normal size some of the bras run small. When you click on the size chart it will let you know if the item runs small and what size they suggest based on your regular bra size. I’m normally a size 32C and a size small in bralettes. Check out the information below for reference!
Plunge Bra – Runs small, for D cups and above will only fit without removable padding. I’m wearing a size Medium (D cup and above it’s recommended to try the Second Skin T-shirt bra and Wide Support bra )
Everyday Bralette – True to size. For this bra, I was able to comfortably wear a size S/M
Racerback Seamless Neck Bra – Fits snug. I went with an S/M but I probably could’ve purchased a large and been comfortable in that size as well.
Care
Since these bras are made with such stretchy and soft material, I would recommend hand washing them with a gentle detergent made for lingerie. You want to preserve the shape and material of the garment for as long as possible. If you must machine wash make sure to remove the padding, place it in a garment bag, and wash on a cold gentle cycle. Never place your garments in the dryer!
