What’s up dazzlers? Earlier this month I had the opportunity to experience a new exhibit at the Westfield Garden State Mall called The Floral Escape. If you haven’t heard of The Floral Escape it’s a pop-up exhibit featuring five different colored floral displays. Each one interactive and perfect for taking individual photos or even family shots! The exhibit runs from April 15th until June 6th and costs $15 per person and $10 for children ages 2-12.
The Floral Escape #SpringInLivingColor
After work I rushed home so I could get all glammed up and meet one of my blogger besties @kellslynn1786
For the event, I went with two looks. A ruffled off-the-shoulder top and faux leather pants and a ribbed dress with an oversized blazer. Both outfits feature pieces from Zara’s spring collection the top and the dress. Have you been to Zara lately? They literally have so many cute spring pieces! It was a challenge walking out with only a few things!
For each room, you are given about five minutes and you can take your mask off as long as you practice social distancing. Kelly and I had such a fun time trying out new poses and being silly while trying to get the best shots! Once you are done you are then guided to another room to get some more shots.
I was impressed with how everything was so organized and with the fact that the employees were able to keep everyone distanced.
Each section of The Floral Escape exhibit was called an activation and had a name that played off of the color theme!
The Glo Up
The Glo Up yellow-themed activation features a cute vanity so you can strike a post! And of course, it’s surrounded by yellow flowers!
Oh, and did I mention that they have ring lights set up all around each activation? So you don’t have to worry about lighting issues when you take your pics!
Power of Pink
Feelin’ oh so pretty surrounded by pink flowers! I think that the Power of Pink might be my favorite activation!
Anybody wish that we had cute little phone booths like this in the U.S? The Floral Talk activation was probably one of my favorites as you could really get creative with your poses for each photo!
Swing Into Spring
Or maybe Swing into Spring is my favorite? It’s so hard to choose! This activation had the coolest flowers dangling from above!
Reach for the Sky
The Reach for the Sky activation made me think of a field of beautiful blue flowers. The painted sky background in this activation made it feel extra dreamy!
