Over the past few weeks, I have been organizing and cleaning everything like crazy! I finally had the chance to go through my closet and get rid of everything that I no longer wear or don’t fit well. After all of the reorganization, I realized that I was in need of some new jeans. At the end of February, I noticed that Target jeans were on sale and that there were some really cute styles.
Target Jeans Perfect for Spring
I usually don’t buy my jeans from Target but I was browsing the clothing department and quite a few pairs caught my eye. Not only that but I was impressed that Target jeans were available in various fits/lengths (short, regular, tall, and curvy). Yep, that’s right Target does it again! Catering to all different body types at an affordable price. I settled on three different pairs of jeans all suitable for petite women (I’m 5’0) and perfect for spring!
High-Rise Tapered Paperbag Jeans Wild Fable Universal Thread
Over the past year, I have fallen in love with paperbag style jeans and pants. Anytime I wear a pair of pants with the paperbag style I receive a ton of compliments. I think that they are just so unique and flattering on many body types. They cinch you at all the right places and since there is a little more room in the leg area which makes them super comfortable!
These jeans by Wild Fable do all of that and are a great length for shorties like me! They are supposed to be cropped but at 5’0 they fit more like a full-length jean. Any time I don’t have to get my jeans tailored is a win! I’ve been wearing these on days when I’m sick of sweats and want to feel like a real person! Would you like to see a post on how to style paperbag jeans or pants? Let me know in the comments babes!
High Rise Wide Leg Cropped Jeans in Cream Universal Thread
These jeans just scream springtime! They are made of the softest material and also come in a medium wash if cream-colored jeans aren’t your thing. I’ve been all about the wide leg jean lately which is quite shocking because I used to think I couldn’t wear them. I’m here to tell you that if you’re under 5’5 you can totally get away with wearing wide-leg jeans. It’s all about how you choose to style them!
Simply pair the jeans with the right top and shoes so that they don’t make you look shorter than you already are. I can see a blog post all about this topic coming in the near future!
Again these jeans are cropped so they fit like a regular length jean. Which you know I am not mad at! They run big so I would size down for sure. I am normally a size 4 or 25/26 depending on the brand but I had to order these in a size double zero.
High-Rise Distressed Skinny Jeans
I know that distressed jeans aren’t for everyone but they are my jam! There is just something about a ripped up pair of jeans that makes me feel so cool.
I love the wash of these jeans for spring and the fact that they came in short length was a plus! They are stretchy, comfortable, and hug you in all the right places. And for my babes with a little more of a bootay there is no gap in the back! Add a basic white tee, some gold jewelry, a cute bag, and a jacket for an effortlessly chic outfit!
