30 Day New Year New You Challenge with Saje Flow’s Dancing and Life

Happy New Year dazzling babes! I hope that your year is off to a great start and you had a chance to relax over the holidays. Today I am sharing something a little different with you because I know that 2020 has been a challenge. And if last year taught us anything it’s to expect the unexpected! I mean even 2021 is off to a rocky start. That’s why I’ve partnered with a new company called Dancing and Life and have been participating in their 30 day New Year New You Challenge!

What is Dancing and Life?

Dancing and Life is a coaching program made up of 10 short videos that inspire you to overcome obstacles in your life. It teaches you to tap into the inner strengths that you already have. This way you’ll be ready to take on any challenges that are presented in your life! And it does this all by taking you through actionable steps that include movement and dance. Not a dancer? No worries! This program was developed for everyone and you do it in the privacy of your own home!

Who is Saje Flow?

Saje Flow is the man behind Dancing and Life. He founded this company in order to help you live with more freedom, love, opportunities, and wealth. Saje Flow spent many years studying spiritual and emotional practices, especially through movement and dance. Saje Flow used the crises in his life for self-discovery and growth. He even studied with masters of movement and self-realization in order to break limiting beliefs!

Dancing and Life 30 Day New Year New You Challenge

The 30 Day New Year New You Challenge is meant to empower you and help you to face any obstacles that you have in your life. Each of the challenges has a simple action that will help you to feel empowered and shift your mindset. For example day one we created a gratitude wheel and used a pencil as a spinner. Whatever word the pencil landed on was what we were to reflect on. I divided my wheel into four sections: family, music, health, and nature. My pencil landed on music so I reflected on why I am grateful for music! You can head over to the New Year New You highlight in my stories to see my gratitude wheel and keep up with the challenge.

What’s great about this challenge is that not only will it help to shift your mindset but you get to think about how you want to feel at the end! At the end of the challenge, I’d like to feel energized, focused, and ready to take on anything that comes my way! I actually had the pleasure of going live with Saje Flow on Monday to chat all about the challenge. Let me tell you his energy is incredible. We even had a little dance party at the end of my interview!

New Year New You Challenge – Update #1 January 17th

After performing the actions for a full week I can honestly say that my mindset is starting to shift. All of the actions inspire you to let go of negative energy and focus on the positive. This isn’t to say that you won’t experience negative things or difficulties in your life. But you’ll have the tools that you need in order to thrive and push past those challenges.

Update #2 January 24th

It’s day 15 of the challenge and I’m honestly starting to love the daily actions more than ever. Maybe it’s because I’m starting to feel more present or in my body. I’m looking forward to the daily actions as I feel more energized and freer after each one. Yesterday’s action was to pretend that you’re skiing and do a victory dance after. I felt kinda silly doing this action and posting it on my story but when I was done I could tell that it did bring me some joy! I think that doing the actions and reading the positive passages each day is starting to have a powerful effect on my mindset. I’m looking forward to how I will change at the end of the 30 days!

Update #3 January 31st

Showing up for stories on Instagram is something that I always strive to do because it’s a part of my blogging business. Sometimes it can be a struggle because I don’t know what to post or just don’t feel motivated to post another outfit or product. Since I’ve started the 30-day challenge it’s given me something new to look forward to each day and I feel like it’s injecting positive energy into my stories! I love this new energy and feel like I am more productive and energized lately. I’m also starting to remember to make time for the things that light me up. Like dancing and singing!

Update #4 February 3rd

We are on day 24 of the New Year New You challenge and I’m a little sad that it’s nearing the end. I feel like each challenge (even the ones that put me a little outside of my comfort zone) really has helped to uplift my spirits and bring more energy into my life. It has had me thinking about how I can continue to bring this type of energy into my life after the 30 days are over!

Here are some of the actions from the challenge

  • Write down what you want to let go and rip up the paper
