Easy Salmon Salad

Some days I come home from work or being out and I just want something quick to eat. That is why I always have canned salmon in my pantry! It tastes better than tuna fish and actually has more health benefits. This quick and easy salmon recipe is for those days when I am feeling a little bit lazy. All you need to do is chop up the ingredients mix everything up and enjoy with crackers, toast or by the spoonful!

Easy Salmon Salad Recipe

  • 1-15 Oz Can of Salmon
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2-3 Springs Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Slice Fresh Lemon
  • 1/4 Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Make sure to break up the salmon with a fork so there aren’t any big chunks. Serve with veggies, crackers, toast, or enjoy your salmon salad with a spoon!

This is my all time favorite sweet potato recipe! It’s simple, quick and so tasty. I would have never thought to add smoked paprika and garlic powder to my sweet potato fries. Not to mention the spiciness from the cayenne pepper. So good you won’t even feel the need to add ketchup!
