Some days I come home from work or being out and I just want something quick to eat. That is why I always have canned salmon in my pantry! It tastes better than tuna fish and actually has more health benefits. This quick and easy salmon recipe is for those days when I am feeling a little bit lazy. All you need to do is chop up the ingredients mix everything up and enjoy with crackers, toast or by the spoonful!
Easy Salmon Salad Recipe
- 1-15 Oz Can of Salmon
- 1/2 Cup Diced Cherry Tomatoes
- 2-3 Springs Fresh Parsley
- 1 Slice Fresh Lemon
- 1/4 Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Make sure to break up the salmon with a fork so there aren’t any big chunks. Serve with veggies, crackers, toast, or enjoy your salmon salad with a spoon!
