Influenster Playa Voxbox Review

Influenster

It has been a while since I have received a Voxbox from Influenster but I finally got one! My Playa Voxbox came in the mail just a few days ago! If you’re not familiar with Influenster they are a community of reviewers who share opinions on various products and test products for free based on their social media presence. To learn a bit more about Influenster and what types of goodies you can get for free check out this post on the Goddess Voxbox I received last summer.

Here are the 5 items that came in the Influenster Playa Voxbox

Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Frank’s RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce is already a staple in my pantry. I love spicy food and this is the best one around so you can’t go wrong with it. It’s a classic and I was excited to get on for free!

Coupon for free Daisy’s Squeeze Sour Cream

If I buy sour cream I usually reach for Daisy’s however, I have yet to try out the squeezable product. I don’t like sour cream as a topping so the container that it comes in doesn’t really matter to me. I only purchase sour cream to use in baking recipes. However, for all you sour cream lovers out there, I’m sure the squeezable pouch will come in handy!

Radiant Toothpaste by Colgate Optic White

I haven’t used Colgate brand toothpaste in a few years because I have switched to an all natural brand. I have been in the process of switching over to more natural products and Tom’s Toothpaste doesn’t clog my pores! Did you know that if you’re prone to white or blackheads around your mouth area it could be your toothpaste! Since I switched over to a natural brand I no longer experience breakouts along my mouth and jaw! Even though I am now loyal to my natural toothpaste I did try this one out and it left my mouth feeling fresh and clean. I will be taking this cute little tube travelling on my summer vacation.Influenster

Eva NYC Purse Perfect Hair Towelettes

These towelettes contain argan oil and omegas 3,6,7 and 9 to instantly calm frizz and add shine to your hair. I love that if you’re in a rush you can just throw them into your purse and go! These adorable and tiny packets are also perfect for travelling. Not to mention they smell so good and will have your hair shining with one simple swipe of a towelette!

Suave Body Lotion

This lotion smells so good! This body lotion has cocoa and shea butter in it and smells so good! I seriously love the smell of cocoa butter I really can’t get enough! Even though this lotion contains cocoa and shea butter the consistency of it is still very light. It is great if you don’t need too much moisture on a daily basis. I have very dry skin so this works for me in the summertime but in the winter I will have to switch to something thicker.

Have you tried out Influenster? If so how do you like being a part of their program? I’ve been a member since 2011 and I always get excited to try out new products. It’s like getting a birthday gift in the mail…only it’s not your birthday!

Northside Festival 2017 Brooklyn NY – Part 2

Welcome back lovely dazzlers! This is part 2 of my experience at the Northside Festival in Brooklyn, NY. If you haven’t heard of the Northside Festival then check out part 1 here to get the details! Let’s get into it from where we left off in the last post!

Six hours later and my makeup is holding up pretty well! No smudging just yet. Find out more about my look of the day here!

After a long day of walking around exploring the shops and art at the block party, it was time for a late lunch/dinner! I read good reviews about Alls Well Pub on Bedford Ave and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Alls Well serves breakfast until 4 pm so I made it just in time for some huevos rancheros with crema and cotija cheese. It was very spicy but I ate every last bit and cooled off with a grapefruit Paloma!

After dinner, we headed to McCarren Park and got there around 4:15. To my surprise, there wasn’t much of a line yet so we were able to get amazing spots (there was no seating just first come first serve). Inside the venue, there were food trucks, ice cream, and drinks being served. They were also selling mats just in case you wanted to sit on the ground at any time during the concert. I was lucky enough to have the Gypsy 05 Boho Beach Roundie I got from my spring FabFitFun box with me! It was a perfect size and the boho vibe was perfect for a festival cute!

Time for Music!

Woohooo we were able to get seats close to the stage!

Saro

Saro kicked off the night at Northside Festival

The show took a while to get started but at 6:30 the first artist took the stage. Saro is a indie pop artist from LA who was performing on the East Coast for the first time. You can check out his EP In Loving Memory here!

BJ the Chicago Kid

BJ the Chicago Kid at Northside Festival

The next artist to take the stage was BJ the Chicago Kid. He performed his r&b hits and did a few covers for all of the r&b lovers in the crowd (love me some old Usher hits). You can listen to his latest here. BJ the Chicago Kid really got the crowd singing and groovin along!

Miguel

Miguel at Northside Festival

The last performer was Miguel! I have been a fan of Miguel since around 2010 so I was really excited to see him live. I just loved his energy and his vocals (he is such a good singer!!). If you haven’t heard Miguel’s music before you should definitely try it out! One of the reasons I am such a  big fan is because he is not your typical R&B singer. I would say his music is based in soul but he blends in elements of rock, hip-hop, and funk. It’s hard to put a label on his music because it has so many influences. One thing is for sure he is a rock star on stage! If you’re interested in hearing his music check him out here. I also have some videos of the event on my Instagram.

Miguel took the stage wearing mirrored aviator sunglasses and a leather jacket.
Miguel sang all of his hits! Adorn, Do you, How Many Drinks and Coffee

I will for sure be looking out for Miguel’s next tour or performance dates. He is one of my favorite artists and after seeing him perform live I am an even bigger fan! If you haven’t heard Miguel’s music click here for a taste!

Music festivals and concerts are some of my favorite things to do in the summertime and this one did not disappoint! What artists do you enjoy to see in concert? Have you been to any festivals this season?

Northside Festival 2017 Brooklyn NY – Part 1

Hello, lovely dazzlers! Today I am sharing with you a quick post on my day trip to Brooklyn over the weekend for the Northside Festival! If you haven’t heard of it before the Northside Festival is a five-day event where you can experience new music, art, and speakers on a range of topics.

Northside Festival in Brooklyn, New York

There are two main events at the Northside Festival from June 7-11. Northside Innovations (June 7-9) is geared toward entrepreneurs and innovators. It includes interviews, panel discussions, talks, workshops and more. Northside Music (June 8-11) and included headliners Dirty Projectors, Kamasi Washington, Miguel, and a punk/emo marathon with Thursday and PUP. There were options to purchase a 5-day badge for all events, a 5-day badge for only music or innovations or you could buy a single ticket for one show.

Since I knew I would only be in Brooklyn for one day I purchased tickets for the Miguel concert featuring BJ the Chicago Kid and Saro!

**BTW if you aren’t using Bands in Town you should definitely get on it! Bands in Town is a really cool app where you can follow your favorite music artists and you will be notified if they are performing in your area. This is how I found out about the festival. As soon I saw that Miguel was going to be performing in Brooklyn I knew I had to scoop them up!

Loving these mink lashes from Kiss and my Makeup Revolution Highlighting Balm Palette

I knew it was going to be a hot day so I decided to wear this light maxi dress I got from Charlotte Russ. I purchased it about a month ago and have been dying to wear it. Isn’t the pattern so much fun? And the sleeves add a little extra something without being too heavy for the warm weather.

I didn’t take any pictures of myself with the dress on in the city because I totally forgot! I guess that’s what happens when you are having fun. You don’t really think about what you are wearing and you just enjoy the moment! If you want to see what this dress looks like on, I am going to be putting out a post of my favorite summer dresses soon so stay tuned!

Back to my day trip to NYC!

The concert was scheduled to start at 6 with the gates opening at 5 but we wanted to leave some time to walk around and enjoy the city since we don’t go into NYC too often.

Our first stop was Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. If you have never been to the New York Public Library you really should check it out. It’s not just a library the building itself is a work of art and there are exhibitions that you can check out.

This exhibition is Latin America in Photographs. Photographers captured their experiences and impressions of Latin America.

I wish we could’ve explored the library more but it was time to get to Brooklyn for shopping and food!

When we got off the subway in Brooklyn we noticed right away that there was a block party going on! I totally forgot that this was a part of the Northside Festival!

The block party included live music, people painting blank walls, food, handmade jewelry sellers and more!

I picked up these cool sunglasses at a little boutique. It doesn’t really go with my patterned dress but they are so cute I had to wear them all day! I love how you can see my BF in the mirrored lens! He looks so confused!

Wanna see more from The Northside Festival? Stay tuned for part 2 coming this Thursday! Follow me on social media or Bloglovin so you don’t miss a post!

Corset Trend Spring Summer 2017

I fist read about the corset trend making a comeback in the Wall Street Journal back in March. The article started off with an interesting observation about how the corset was originally created to exaggerate the female form. This was a symbolic of the second class status of women back in the 16th century. While there is still some controversy surrounding the corset (think waist trainers used by the Kardashians) the popular spring trend is not so much focused on creating a tiny waist as it is on just adding a little something extra to your outfit.

When I think of a corset I usually think about the 16th century corseted dresses that made a woman’s waist appear insanely small and squeezing her tightly all the way up to her bosoms. Not exactly something I would want to wear on a daily basis…or at all!

Instead of the traditional style that covers the entire torso, fashion bloggers and celebs are wearing a thinner corset that is placed around the middle of the waist. This gives the look a more relaxed feel while still defining the waist.

At first, I didn’t like the idea of the corset being worn in this way. It can look sloppy and unflattering if not you’re not careful as to what top you pair it with. After further researching the trend I found some bloggers wearing it in a way that really accented their bodies and outfit in a flattering way.

Here are a few belts that I found Polyvolor that I thought could look stylish paired with the right top.

Corset Trend Spring/Summer 2017
1. SheIn(sheinside) V Neckline Tartan Belt Detail Top $18 2. Black Velvet Chain Belt $50 3. Icône Corset waist tee $29 4. Rare Khaki Eyelet Lace Up Belt $15 5. Yellow Short Sleeve Belt Layered Dress $30

Do you think I should go for it and purchase one of these belts? Honestly, I am still on the fence with this one. What do you think? Have you tried the trend yet?

7 Reasons to Purchase an Essential Oil Diffuser

Essential oil diffusers seem to be gaining popularity. You can find them in more and more stores these days (even Target!). I have even been coming across different products containing essential oils. I first discovered the essential oil diffuser about a year ago. It seemed like such a great way to add wonderful scents to the home. What I didn’t realize was that the essential oils being emitted into the air can have such a positive effect on your mind and body!

Remember when you are purchasing essential oils you want to make sure that the oils are organic and sourced properly. The oil blends that I am showing you on today are from Healing Solutions. Although, on the Healing Solutions website it’s stated that the oils are pure and high quality they are not organic. For that reason, this set would not be my first choice but it was gifted to me so it is what I have been using. Even though they are not organic they still smell wonderful but for that reason, I probably wouldn’t add them to any skincare products.

As always it is important to do your research (especially if you’re pregnant or taking specific medications) the effects certain oils can have so I recommend reading this article from The Wellness Mama for more information before diving in and trying them out!

1. Safer than traditional candles or incense

With an oil diffuser, you don’t have to worry about the dangers of an open flame and you can leave it on unattended for several hours. Not only that but traditional candles and incense contain toxic chemicals that are released into the air once lit. Some of these hazardous chemicals are benzene and toluene which can cause allergies, asthma, and even cancer. There is a great deal of research that backs up these claims and I can’t even begin to explain it here. If you want more information to check out The Wellness Mama and this Huffington Post article.

2. Pain Relief

Certain essential oils can actually aid in pain relief. In fact, I have two blends that are for pain relief! One is for headaches and the other is for tense muscles. When you use an essential oil diffuser you are breathing in the essential oils which then, in turn, has a positive effect on your mind and body.

The set from Healing Solutions came with 2 blends for pain relief:

Deep Muscle Relief – Wintergreen, Peppermint, Chamomile Blue, Eucalyptus, Camphor Oils

Head Ease – Lavender, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Basil, Frankincense, Rosemary, Sweet Marjoram, Sweet Orange Oils

3. Relaxation and Sleep

When you use essential oils such as lavender and chamomile it has a relaxing effect on the brain helping you to relax faster and fall soundly asleep. I enjoy letting my diffuser in my room run for about an hour before I start winding down for the day so when I walk in I can instantly smell the lavender and feel relaxed. I also try to take a few breaths inhaling the scent and maybe even doing a few yoga moves before I turn in for the night.

Good Night Blend – Chamomile, Clary Sage, Copaiba, Lavender, Peru Balsam, Sandalwood, Sweet Marjoram, Ylang Ylang

The Stress Relief Blend is also really good for relaxation

Stress Relief – Bergamot, Patchouli, Blood Orange, Ylang Ylang, Grapefruit Oils

4. Can aid in purifying the air

Just like the rock salt lamp post I did a few months ago, the essential oil diffuser can aid in purifying the air! Certain oils such as thyme, clove and cinnamon bark can actually kill fungus and bacteria in the air! This can help to keep yucky viruses out of the home causing you to experience fewer coughs and colds. I do notice a difference in the air quality when I have my diffuser on. It’s almost like a humidifier in how it makes the quality of the air so much fresher.

5. Breathe Easy

I absolutely loved my diffuser when I was all stuffed up in the winter! I used the breathe right blend to help me to breathe better. Perfect for those days when you’re feeling stuffy or can’t stop coughing. Inhale deeply and it will really clear out the nasal passageways!

Breathe Blend – Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon, Eucalyptus

6. Mood Booster

Feeling down? Essential oils can help uplift and boost your mood! Lemon, sweet citrus, lavender and rosemary oils all have uplifting and energizing properties.

7. Immunity Booster

Essential oils carry out nutrients and oxygen which can aid in boosting your immune system. Perfect for the cold winter months when viruses like the flu and colds are spreading. Lavender, peppermint, and lemon are just some of the essential oils you can use to boost your immune system.

Health Shield Blend – cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary oils

Since I have gotten my diffuser I use it pretty much every day and it makes such a big difference in the way I feel! My favorite is the good night blend. It smells so good and makes me feel super relaxed at night!

Even if you don’t have an essential oil diffuser there are so many ways to use these oils and benefit from them in your everyday life. You can add them to lotions, homemade cleaning products, homemade body scrubs or shower gels.

Do you use essential oils? How do you use them?

5 Off the Shoulder Tops for Under $30

If you have been reading the blog then you know that I love a good off the shoulder top for spring and summer. On a recent post, I talked about how these tops have made a comeback in a huge way and how I like to style them. I was browsing Polyvore and I couldn’t help but check out a few more off the shoulder tops! I think a few of these will be making their way into my closet very soon! The best part is all of these tops are under $30

5 Off the Shoulder Tops Under $30

1. Off-the-shoulder Satin Blouse $29.99 at H&M – I have been crushing on blush pink all spring so I had to add this top to the list! I just love how it is a looser fit and it gives you a flowy feminine vibe.

2. White Black Off the Shoulder Floral Blouse $15 at Make Me Chic – I love this blouse for the cinched waist and the pretty black flowers. The detail at the waist almost makes it look like a peplum top which I usually find very flattering. The structuredness of this top paired along with the black flowers gives it a sophisticated feel. You can dress it up for special occasions or wear with jeans for a more casual affair.

3. Yellow Frilled Pleated Off The Shoulder Top $16 from The Romwe – Have any of you purchased clothes from The Romwe? They have so many cute inexpensive clothes and I am wondering what the quality is like! In any case, I am loving this yell frilly off the shoulder top. The bright color is right up my alley and is perfect for summertime!

4. Tropical Print Off Shoulder Butterfly Sleeve Top Green $23 at Zaful – This top makes me wish I was on a tropical island sitting back eating pineapple with my toes in the sand. This top is so bright and fun it needs to make its way to my closet asap!

5. Yellow Pom Pom Trim Ruffle Off The Shoulder Top $12 at Romwe – How fun is this mustard yellow top? It kinda has a Spanish vibe going on and I could totally see wearing it with a white flowy skirt.

Which tops are your favorite? Have you gotten into the trend yet? Let me know on Instagram or in the comments below!

5 Blush Pink Sneakers for Spring

Spring is in full swing and if you haven’t noticed the blush pink trend has taken over your favorite department stores and boutiques. I seriously can’t walk into a store without seeing pretty ruffly tops and flowy skirts in this pretty soft pink.

Although I love the color pink I am not usually one who regularly wears a lot of pinks. However, I have been drawn to the blush pink trend this season. It’s such a pretty sophisticated way to incorporate pink into your wardrobe.

The softness and subtly of this color makes it so versatile that you can wear it with almost anything. It acts a sort of a neutral that you can pair with many items that you already have in your closet.

If you’re thinking that pink is way too girly for you and not really your thing I would encourage you to check out blush pink sneakers! They are sporty while being feminine at the same time and they will go with everything in your closet. I have yet to pick up a pair of kicks myself but I have been debating between the 5 sneakers below.

1. Kenneth Cole New York Aaron in Rose $140 at Zappos

These are a bit on the pricey side but I love how different they are. The knotted detail on the top is different from anything I have seen and I like the fact that they have a platform.

2. Rizzo Pastel Sneakers at Dolls Kill $50

These sneakers are little darker pink than my other picks but the pearlescent sheen makes them look so cool. I could definitely see myself rocking these all summer long!

3. Women’s Reese Slip on Sneakers by Mossimo Supply Co. at Target $24

If you’re hesitant to try out pink sneakers then these might be the ones you would want to try. You can’t beat the price and the sporty style makes them easy to wear.

4. Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Snake Woven Textile Hi in White/Pink at Zappos $48.75

You can’t go wrong with these classic sneakers with a twist! The snakeskin print gives them a really cool texture and the softness of the pink makes them really wearable.

5. Monki Lace Up Flatform Sneaker in Pink at Asos $46

These flatform sneakers are the lightest shade of pink out of all my picks. Perfect if you are hesitant to try out this trend. They don’t have any detailing on them (like snakeskin print or quilted texture) so they are really easy to wear. I might actually like these the best because I can see myself wearing them all the time.

Will you be trying out this trend? I’m still deciding which ones I like the best although I am leaning toward the Monki Lace Up Flatforms. I could see myself wearing them all of the time. Maybe you could help me out and let me know which of the 5 sneakers you like the best. Comment below!

My Experience at The Goodfest Wellness Festival in Philly

I first heard about The Goodfest on Kaite Dalebout’s Let it Out Podcast. There aren’t really any wellness events in my area. To make matters worse, it can even be difficult to find certain health products or fitness classes. So, you can understand how this event caught my attention!

Here is a little more info about the event!

The Goodfest website described the event as “an all-day event created to ignite your passion for wellness and inspire you to achieve your GOOD life.” So what does this wellness festival actually consist of? Throughout the day you hear from several speakers who share their life journey and offer information on how you can live your best life. In between sessions you get to indulge in some yummy snacks and explore the marketplace. The marketplace was full of vendors selling healthy food, natural skincare products, and sustainable fashion. In addition to being able to purchase products at the marketplace, I received a swag bag valued at over $100. I will be showing off the goods in my swag bag in another post, so keep an eye out!

If you read my New Year’s post back in January, I have decided to choose a word for the year instead of making a New Year’s resolution. The word that I chose was connect! I wanted to use this year to connect with myself and other people. At first, I was hesitant to attend the event because I did not have anyone to go with. But then I thought what better way to connect with other people than to attend an event where the women attending have similar interests? It is always strange to go somewhere new all by yourself. But you know what they say, you gotta get comfortable with being uncomfortable! Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is the only way to experience personal growth!

The Events

The first event of the day was a yoga/pilates fusion session. Since I bought my ticket late, I missed out on the opportunity to participate. However, judging by the pics on Instagram the session looked incredible! Next year I will make sure to get my ticket early so I don’t miss out on a thing!

Session #1

Meditation and Intention Setting with Cassandra Bodzak

The first speaking session was Meditation and Intention Setting with Cassandra Bodzak, a meditation, and holistic lifestyle expert. Cassandra told us her story about how she was led to mediation after her brother was diagnosed with a terminal illness (Thankfully is now in stable condition). After she told her story she led us through an amazing/emotional (well at least for me) meditation, followed by a fun little dance party to shake out all of the energy that we built up during the meditation. At first, you could tell that some women felt uncomfortable dancing, but after a minute or two everyone started to let go.

Talia of Party In My Plants blog and podcast was the host for the day!

Session #2

A Guide to Eating Real with Jessica Murnane of One Part Plant

The second session was A Guide to Eating Real with Jessica Murnane of One Part Plant. Jessica told us about her struggle with endometriosis and how she uses a plant-based diet to control her symptoms. Throughout her session, Jessica gave us tips on how to incorporate more plant-based foods into our diet. She also included a list of inexpensive items to stock the pantry with. After that presentation, I had to pick up her book! Simple, healthy and delicious recipes, how could I say no?

After the first two sessions were over it was time for lunch! Snap Kitchen of Philadelphia provided these delicious salads and noodles for lunch. Snap Kitchen also provided two different chicken options.

There were also three VIP sessions with either Jordan Younger- of the Balanced Blonde, Cassandra Bodzak author of Eating with Intention, and Jessica Murnane of One Part Plant with Katie Horwitch of Women Against Negative Talk. VIP tickets were a bit pricier, but it is something to consider saving up for next year.

Session #3

Spark Joy with Katie Dalebout

After lunch, it was onto session three, Spark Joy, with podcast host and author Katie Dalebout. Katie spoke about how to create a life worth living and achieving a life of balance. She also spoke about body image and how we are conditioned as a society to believe that certain body types are either good or bad. She mentioned that even in children’s movies the villain often has a larger body type and is labeled “ugly” while the main character is a “beautiful princess” with an itty bitty waist. It was an interesting observation because I never thought about how children’s movies often portray the villains as larger or are said to be “ugly” (such as the ugly stepsisters in Cinderella). This proves how the importance of being thin and “beautiful” is fed to us at such an early age. It becomes ingrained in our minds that we have to look a certain way in order to be valued. It was an interesting perspective that I had never thought about before.

Session #4

Real Life Routines Panel

This panel was like listening to a podcast IRL(in real life)! The panel consisted of Sara Divello yoga teacher and author, Kimmie Smith a celebrity fashion stylist and co-founder of Athleisure Mag, Gianne Doherty co-founder of Organic Bath Co. and founder of The W.E.L.L. Summit and Katie Dalebout.  The women answered questions about their morning/bedtime rituals, how they take time for self-care, what they enjoy cooking, and how they balance work with their personal lives. I always love hearing about how other people live their lives and what they do to take care of themselves. It was an interesting discussion and I will be taking away bits and pieces of advice to use in my own life.

Session #5

Katie Horwitch, founder of Women Against Negative Talk

The final session was with Katie Horwitch, founder of Women Against Negative Talk (WANT for short). Katie spoke a bit about her life growing up, an experience in college, and her insecurities. Most of all she spoke about fear and how to push through it and get over a lack of self-trust. She gave actionable steps to take when feeling fearful and unworthy. Her session was about shifting that negative mindset and learning the tools that can help push you forward instead of letting fear hold you back.
Katie had incredible energy on the stage and her talk was the perfect way to end a day of inspiration and wellness!

The Goodfest was 7 hours of inspiration, connecting with like-minded women and learning more about health. If you have never attended an event like this I would encourage you to check it out. You will learn so much and get to meet new people with similar interests.

Did you get a chance to experience The Goodfest? If so, what was your experience like? If not, would you consider attending this festival or one similar? The Goodfest dates are not posted for next year but I definitely want to make an effort to go. It was such an inspiring and fun experience!

ISH Cosmetics Dynamic Duo – A FabFitFun Add-On

A few weeks ago I posted about my spring FabFitFun box and all of the goodies that came in my box. I briefly mentioned that I choose a few add-on products. One of those products was the ISH Cosmetics Party in Pink/Rustie Duo. This mini kit came with two products a Shadow Stick and Shimmy Shadow.

I’m also featuring the RealHer lip kit in Pink I received from the spring FabFitFun box because I thought pretty pale pink lips would look great with the ISH Cosmetics products that I added-on! Don’t you love the empowering phrases that come on the RealHer packaging?

Women Rule the World? Oh, yea!

While we are talking about RealHer products I might as well mention that they are 100% free of parabens, synthetic fragrances, gluten, and phthalates. Not only that but 20% of the profits go to the American Association of University Women (AAUW). I love finding products that give to a good cause. If you would like more information on how they give back click here.

Back to ISH Cosmetics (which by the way stands for I’m Smokin Hot!) here I am wearing only the Shadow Stick on my eyes.

ISH Shadow Stick in Party in Rustie

I am really loving the color and how easy the shadow is to apply. I just directly applied it on my lid without any primer. It makes for a quick but pretty eyeshadow look.

While I like the color and the easy application of the shadow stick by the end of the day it started to crease. Which I suppose is to be expected with most cream shadows. It’s not a huge problem because I was able to go most of the day with my makeup looking fresh but it’s something to be aware of if you have oily lids.

ISH Shimmy Shadow in Party in Pink

Onto the next! How gorgeous is that golden pinky shimmer? I absolutely love this product! ISH Shimmy Shadows will really make your eyes pop. When applying this product I suggest that you dab the shadow onto your lids so that you don’t get too much fallout. It can get messy if you’re not careful!

The good thing about this product is that you can build up the shimmer. So if you only want a little shimmer use a brush to dab sparingly. If you want intense shimmer for a night out keep laying on the product with a heavy hand!

This picture above was taken outside in the sun. I was attempting to capture just how shimmery it is but it really doesn’t do it justice! It looks so much shimmery in person!

I’m also wearing ISH Gold Bomb on my cheekbones and the inner corners of my eyes. This highlighter is very subtle and infused with coconut and sunflower seed oils. It gives you just enough shine so you can wear it all day or night!

While I enjoyed wearing the ISH Shadow Stick I can’t get past how amazing the Shimmy Shadow is! It gives you that glittery shimmery shine without looking overdone. Shimmy Shadows are available in four more colors including a silvery gray color that looks amazing. What do you think? Have you ever tried ISH cosmetics or RealHer cosmetics? Do you have any favorite glitter or shimmer products? If so let me know in the comments!
